Based on a Berkshire, Victorian end of terrace grocery shop that survived into the 2000s before being converted into a private residence with new domestic frontage. Properties in this area were built with integrated water closets and fenced rear gardens instead of the traditional brick walled back yard with separate privy.

Interior shop décor, fittings and room partitions are provided. Other rooms are undecorated. Optional components are provided for Detached or End Terrace styles.

This end terrace shop benefits the modeller who is short of layout space since it is suited to a pathway or vehicle hard standing alongside as an alternative to a wider road junction.

This model is compatible with the Double Terraced Houses available from this range to form a row of terraces.

Footprint: 186 mm long x 70 mm wide, including overhangs.

  • 5 x A4 Sticky Backed Paper for Ink Jet or Laser Printers
  • 1 x 99 mm x 210 mm x 250 micron (0.25 mm) Transparent Sheet
  • 180 mm x 1.3 mm diameter wire
  • 151 mm x 1 mm diameter wire

This model requires 1 x A4 white, non-sticky print paper that you probably already have to hand (not included).

You still need to print the model kit yourself and source adhesives.
